Goods Return and Exchange Policy

 TSN allows 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
• The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers and the seal of the product shall be intact.
• The product received does not match the size ordered.
• Fragrances, cosmetics, undergarments, and jewelry are neither exchangeable nor returnable due to hygienic reasons.
• Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

 

Exchange Procedure:

1. E-mail us at care@tsn.com.pk and request an exchange.
2. Log in the reason for exchanging the item. Make sure to add your order number and the name of the items being traded, in the email.
3. Please send the item back to us in its original packaging
4. We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address within 15 working days.
